Plan Your First Week In Meals

Use this workflow inside your AI app to plan a week, save it, and turn it into a grocery list. Fluent can bring your tastes and preferences, current grocery needs, and grocery spending into the same planning decision.

1. Read Planning Context

Ask:

"Read my Meals planning context, including my tastes, current grocery needs, and grocery budget if I have one. Tell me what is confirmed, inferred, stale, or missing."

Your assistant should use your current Meals information and clearly call out anything uncertain or outdated.

2. Draft The Week

Ask:

"Draft dinners for next week from that context. Consider my tastes, current grocery needs, and grocery spending. Wait for my approval before saving."

Your assistant creates the plan from the conversation and your saved Meals information.

3. Review

Correct dishes, constraints, schedule assumptions, or grocery expectations in chat.

4. Approve The Save

When the draft is right, say:

"Save this plan to Fluent."

Your assistant should save the plan only after your approval, then check that it saved correctly.

5. Maintain The Grocery List

Ask for the grocery list as text or a visual checklist. Changes to the list and updates after shopping each require your approval.

Fluent can record which items you bought and which were already available.

6. Close The Loop

After cooking, tell Fluent what worked or what you would change next time. Only record feedback for a recipe you actually made.

What This Gives You

  • planning based on your confirmed tastes and household needs
  • grocery needs and any grocery budget considered together
  • control over what gets saved
  • a grocery list you and your assistant can update as plans change or shopping is completed
  • feedback that improves future suggestions
