What is Fluent?
Fluent is an app you connect to ChatGPT or Claude to organise your clothes, plan meals and keep a grocery list.
Get useful help with clothes you own and meals you want to eat, and keep your closet, recipes and grocery list available for next time.
Your closet
Add a few clothes you wear often, with a photo of each. Ask for an outfit using those pieces, or share a product link to see how a possible purchase would work with what you own. Come back for another outfit or add something new.
Meals and groceries
Plan a few dinners around your tastes and schedule. Review the plan and grocery list, then ask to save each. Meal plans, grocery lists and recipes are separate saved objects. You can also start a grocery list without planning meals.
In the AI app you use
Connect Fluent to ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, or another compatible MCP client. Available views and controls vary by app. Your assistant offers the advice; Fluent keeps the clothes, recipes and lists you save.
Connect the same Fluent account in another supported app to work with those saved items. This does not transfer your chat history.
Start small
You do not need a complete wardrobe or a full week of meals. A grocery or clothing budget is optional and uses the amounts you provide.
Online signup is open in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Fluent is free. The open-source runtime is also available if you prefer to run it yourself. A separate self-hosted installation has its own storage.
