Meals Across AI Apps

Meals works across ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, and other compatible AI apps.

Plan meals with your assistant

Use the connection guide for your app, then ask your assistant to:

  1. use your food preferences and ask about anything missing
  2. draft a few dinners and a grocery list
  3. save each after you review and approve it
  4. reopen the list when you need it

Grocery List

Compatible AI apps can show the Grocery List as a visual checklist. Other apps show the same saved list as text.

End-To-End Demo

  1. Choose the week, number of people, and dinners you want to plan.
  2. Review the meals and grocery list, including what you already have.
  3. Ask to save both the plan and list for that week. They are separate saves.
  4. Confirm that both saved, then open the grocery list visually where supported or through text.
  5. After shopping, record the items you bought.

Saving a plan alone does not create the grocery list. Follow the full walkthrough.

Differences Between AI Apps

  • ChatGPT and other compatible apps may show the visual Grocery List.
  • Every supported app can return a text list.
  • An app may format the list as a table or card while keeping the saved Fluent information unchanged.

Use Fluent online, or run it yourself with the open-source runtime. Fluent is free.
