Request Early Access
Fluent helps your AI remember what fits your life.
Fluent is in early access. Use managed early access for the hosted path, or use the open-source runtime to inspect, self-host, or build.
What Early Access Gives You
- sign-in, storage, updates, and assistant connection handled by Fluent
- saved Meals, Style, and Health context without self-hosting
- the same Fluent experience through the AI app you use
How To Think About It
Fluent is not the place where you do the work. Connect it once, then keep working in ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, or another compatible MCP client.
Current Status
Today:
- start or request early access at meetfluent.app
- early access is currently free
- managed access is intentionally limited during early access
- the open-source runtime is available for self-run installs
Submitting the form saves your request. The current flow will tell you whether to continue to sign in with the same email or wait for an invite email before reconnecting an assistant.
When You Have Early Access
- Sign in at meetfluent.app/sign-in.
- Connect your assistant to Fluent.
- Approve the requested Fluent access.
- Reconnect your assistant if it is still using an older connection.
- Ask:
"What are my Fluent capabilities?"
That confirms the connection and shows which domains are ready.
You can check account status at meetfluent.app/account. If the account page says access needs attention, follow the next action shown there or contact support with the account email and assistant you are using.
Advanced Client Setup
Most people should connect Fluent through the setup path shown after sign-in.
If you are a builder working from the open-source Fluent repo and configuring an MCP client directly, the scaffold generator supports the managed endpoint:
npm run scaffold:mcp -- --client codex --track cloudSwap codex for claude or openclaw as needed. For the broader setup reference, use Client Configuration.
What To Expect First
Once connected, start inside your assistant:
"What can Fluent already help me with right now, and what should we set up first?"
That lets the assistant inspect your Fluent state and move you into the right domain flow conversationally.
For MCP clients, Meals and Style can run setup in text. Expect a small number of useful questions, with changes saved only after you clearly confirm or correct something.
ChatGPT v2 focuses on compact Meals onboarding, Grocery List v2, Style setup/calibration, and Style purchase analysis with direct or uploaded product images when needed. Broader tools may appear differently in other clients.
What To Try Next
If you are testing rich Meals views after your account is ready:
- use Connecting to ChatGPT for the current ChatGPT Meals guide
- use Fluent Meals in Claude for Claude's Meals behavior
Keep the current status in mind:
- Fluent is still early access
- the open-source runtime is available for self-run installs
